Bio: Cynthia is a business-to-business marketing expert with two decades of experience encompassing branding, advertising, communications and event planning.  Her career has spanned health care, insurance, financial services and high tech communications.  Clients count on her for her creative genius to make integrated marketing campaigns stand out. 

Amidst extensive public debate regarding the affordability of medicines, Cynthia led multi-state initiatives to increase consumer awareness of prescription assistance programs provided by America’s pharmaceutical companies.  The award-winning campaign – Rx Help for Californians – provided financial savings to hundreds of thousands of Californians.  Similar campaigns in Hawaii, Idaho and Nevada have helped thousands of patients in need.

Cynthia’s leadership was also instrumental in the success of the Medicare Rx Access Network of California.  The network helped California seniors better understand the Medicare prescription drug benefit and how to evaluate their health plan options.  As a result, California enrollment numbers exceeded the government’s expectations.  

Cynthia leads PCG’s reputation management services, which help clients maximize their brands and persevere in challenging market circumstances. 

Cynthia earned an MBA in marketing from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Humboldt State University.
